Viewings
We will prioritise use photo and video viewings for all rooms. Physical viewings are conducted, COMFYROOMS take necessary safety precautions to protect everyone. Physical viewing is limited to one viewer at a time in line with social distancing and cap on number of daily visitors.
Live video viewings can be arranged to minimise physical viewings.
Tenants
COMFYROOMS is working hard for new safety precautions to ensure hygiene, clean and comfortable homes.
Before arrive to the homes, we will make arragement for your key handover and check-in/ check-out inventory list remotely.
Visitors
We are working hard to make sure our tenants continue to have a comfortable stay whilst also protecting the health of our community. These are the measures currently in place:
1. The government regulations permit up to 5 unique visitors in a residential property per day. We ask that you communicate to your flatmates beforehand if you plan to have any visitors over so as to ensure that the daily visitor cap is not exceeded.
2. Do follow the MOH Singapore's website for the latest regulations.
